HRDPower's powerful filters allow you to filter out the data you are not processing. You can filter on both the core fields and user defined fields you create.

You can also filter on components that depend on another. Eg:- You can filter all competencies assigned to a particular employee / position right from the competency module and vice versa.

There is no limit for the level of filtering. All the reports are produced based on the filter you have set. Hence you do not have to do filtering again while printing reports.
