HRDPower™ features a sophisticated configurable protection layer which will guard your HRD Data from unwanted eyes. It allows you set field level permissions for each user. You can convert a list of such permissions, into a security policy and assign to the users. You can also clone an existing policy and create a new tailor made one in a flash.

Two brand new field types: picture and hyperlinks. You can save any type of picture file with your employee records. The hyperlink field allows you to link your records with your existing manuals & procedural documents.

The data validation layer is totally configurable by the end user in order to make sure the records that enter into your database are consistent. This layer will protect your data, at the time of data import as well.
