Benefits of being a distributor

1.	You will be allotted a territory / specific market segment to build your business with HRDPower™ as your key product.
2.	You will be able to sell to customers, in your territory / specific market segment.
3.	Your income will come from a variety of sources as a percentage of the revenue: Sales to new customers. Post-sales through Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Fees from training customers. Consulting that includes customization / implementation.
4.	You will submit the required reports to the HRDPower™ division. (Please refer to our Feedback form)
5.	You will receive all the training on: Product HRD Process Sales cycle Business systems - Marketing, Sales, Business planning & Lead generation
6.	Distributor commission structure on sales will depend on the agreed Agency Agreement between both parties.

HRDPower™ Distributor Profile

The following criterias apply to HRDPower™ distributors:
	Demonstrate ability to handle market (business plan)
	Must have a presence in market
	Registered Office
	Presence of Staff
	E-mail address
	Demonstrate experience in HRD field
	Some sales experience

Distributor Commitments

As a distributor we would like to seek your commitment in the following areas:
	Support activities to promote HRDPower™.
	Maintain detailed database of prospect and customer information and provide to SMRHRT on a regular basis if required.
	Train and become functional experts in defining, designing and implementing application.
	Train, install and assist in setup of application.
	Support SMRHRT technical helpdesk with questions relating to specific issues in relation to your sales.
	Provide change logs for improvements.
	E-mail bug reports, if any.

SMRHRT Commitments

Distributor purchases right to distribute HRDPower™ in a selected market segment for US$ 2500. For this, the distributor receives:
	One complete working copy of HRDPower™ for own use.
	10 Demo CD’s (Additional CD’s to be purchased @ US$50 each).
	Hardcopy Use Guide. PDF file available for download from the Web. Hardcopies available for US$50.00 each.
	1000 brochures (glossy) provided free. Additional copies at cost.
	1000 flyers. Additional copies at cost.
	Artwork to be approved prior to publishing.
	Joint advertising provided on a dollar-to-dollar basis.
	Placement of distributor details on HRDPower website.
	Training for up to 2 people per distributor to HRDPower™ accreditation. (Training notes provided, travel and accommodation provided by Distributor)
	Technical Support from SMR HR Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (SMRHRT) via e-mail, and phone.
	Distributor to provide activity / planning reports as stated in agreement.

Customer Support

Customer support for HRDPower will be provided centrally by us.

The annual fee for Maintenance Contract is compulsory and is to be paid in advance by the customer, at the rate of 15% of the current price of the software. A date lock within the software will be activated to control the collection of AMC fee.

The distributor will make a minimum of one post-installation physical visit to the customer per year. This is seen as courtesy call, but is also an opportunity for on-selling and possible additional consultancy/training. An update report is to be forwarded to SMRHRT after this visit.

Training & Quality Procedure

Training in HRDPower™ will be provided by the distributor using accredited trainers. For new installations, the training fee is included in the purchase price of the software according to the current internal pricing structure. Additional training will be provided by the distributor using accredited trainers at an agreed daily rate.

In the event that the services of SMRHRT staff are required to provide training or consultancy, these will be provided at an agreed rate plus travel accommodation and expenses.
